Template for Dutch print service
By default, the customer’s own invoice image is used for printing, and a cover sheet with the recipient’s address is automatically added at no extra cost. If no invoice image is provided, Maventa will generate one.
Colour printing
By default, all prints are produced in colour. Adjusting the colour printing setting does not affect invoices for Dutch companies.
Attachments
Printing of attachments is enabled by default, with the following rules:
- Up to 3 separate attachments are allowed (maximum of 4 files including the invoice image).
- Only PDF format is allowed.
- Maximum size per attachment: 50 MB.
- Total maximum number of pages: 110.
If these limits are exceeded:
- More than 3 attachments, or more than 110 pages in total: all attachments are discarded and only the invoice image is printed.
- An attachment larger than 50 MB, or one that cannot be read (for example a corrupted file): only that attachment is discarded. The other attachments are printed.
In both cases, the sender is notified by email.
If the invoice image itself is longer than 110 pages or cannot be read, the invoice is not printed. It is held for review by Maventa support.
There is an extra charge per page printed.
Delivery schedules
Invoices sent to Maventa before 24:00 on workdays are printed, enveloped, and handed over to the mail distributor on the same day. Production does not take place during weekends and holidays. Mail distributors deliver invoices according to the Priority letter class schedule.
