AutoScan is now enabled for Finnish companies. Finnish accounts can activate AutoScan through the REST API or the user interface, either on its own or alongside Scan Network.
Changes
- AutoScan can now be activated for Finnish companies via
PUT /v1/services/autoscanor the Maventa UI. - Activating AutoScan returns a Finnish scan email address in the format
FI-BID@autoscan.maventa.com. - AutoScan and Scan Network can be active at the same time for a Finnish account, each with its own dedicated scan email address that can be shared with different suppliers.
- The
return_email_addressparameter is supported in Finland as in other markets — non-invoice PDFs sent to the AutoScan address are forwarded to the configured return email. The parameter is mandatory in the UI and becomes mandatory in the API on 17 August 2026.
