Added wizard_url to the response of PUT /v2/services/ropo/receivables

PUT /v2/services/ropo/receivables now returns a one-shot wizard_url in the response body. The URL points to the Ropo onboarding wizard where the company representative completes activation.

The URL is returned only once, when onboarding is initiated. It is not stored and is not returned by subsequent GET requests. If onboarding is already pending, the field is omitted.
