AutoScan return email address

AutoScan now supports a return email address for non-invoice PDFs. Documents that cannot be processed by AutoScan are delivered back to this address. The field is mandatory when activating or updating AutoScan.

Changes

• Added return_email_address field to the AutoScan configuration in the backend UI, REST API, and UI
• The field is required when activating or updating AutoScan
• PUT /v1/services/autoscan accepts an optional return_email_address parameter
• GET /v1/services/autoscan now returns the return_email_address in the response

Security notice

Emails forwarded to the return address include a security notice advising recipients that while attachments have been scanned for viruses and spam, they may still carry risk. Recipients are advised to verify the original sender and contact their IT or security team if the message appears suspicious.
