We're expanding our European footprint with the addition of Poland to Maventa's supported countries. This enhancement strengthens our commitment to facilitating seamless cross-border business communications across the EU.

## Registration requirements

When registering Polish companies, integrators must use **PL:VAT** as the business identifier (bid). The format follows EU standards with the country prefix `PL` followed by the VAT registration number.

**Format example:** `PL1132848704`

Our implementation maintains the same rigorous validation standards and reliability that you've come to expect from Maventa across all supported EU countries.

## How to register

Currently, Polish companies can be registered exclusively through our **SOAP or REST API**. If you attempt to register a Polish company through the user interface, you'll be prompted to contact Maventa Support for assistance.

**For partners managing KYC independently:** Registration is straightforward with no additional steps required.

**For partners using Maventa's KYC process:** Unfortunately, Polish company registration is not yet available as Maventa cannot currently authorize customers through Visma Sign for this jurisdiction.

> [!WARNING]
> Your application's `vendor_api_key` needs to be allowed to register Polish companies. Contact integration support at <integrations@maventa.com>.

## Available services

Once registered, Polish companies have access to our full suite of services:

- **Internal network traffic**: Seamless sending and receiving within Maventa's network
- **Email invoicing**: Reliable email delivery with our enhanced layouts
- **Print services**: Traditional invoice printing and postal delivery. Printed in Finland and sent from Finland.
- **Scan services**: Both AutoScan and DocScan are available providing automated OCR and document scanning workflows

This expansion reflects our ongoing mission to simplify business document exchange across Europe, one country at a time.
