We've enhanced the validation process for Finnish company registrations by integrating both YTJ and VIES checks.

## What's New

- **VIES integration**: Added European VAT validation through VIES during the registration process
- **Enhanced reliability**: Both YTJ and VIES validations work together to ensure comprehensive verification of Finnish company data
- **Default enabled**: The validation system is enabled by default to maintain data quality standards

## Technical Details

The validation process now performs:
- **YTJ validation** for Finnish organization numbers (FI:ORGNR format)
- **VIES validation** for Finnish VAT numbers (FI:VAT format)  
- **Automatic fallback**: If one validation method fails, the system attempts the alternative validation path

This enhancement ensures more robust validation of Finnish companies during registration.
