Lyanthe is now the default scan provider in Belgium.
For Belgian companies calling POST [/v1/services/scan](https://swagger.maventa.com/#/services/postV1ServicesScan), Lyanthe will be activated.

This change also applies to the older API for activating scan: POST [/v1/company/profiles](https://swagger.maventa.com/#/company/postV1CompanyProfiles)
